The facility in which we produce our products has attained both the local and international certification required to produce these products (FSSC 22000 & FDA). We have also been fortunate enough to receive much needed funding to procure a state of the art Pieralisi olive press capable of processing 18 tonnes of fruit a day during the olive harvest season.
Our table olive section is interestingly innovative in that we have developed an oxidative process to improve and speed up the processing of our Table Olives. We also have managed to introduce de-pitting and sorting machines to these lines and are able to handle large quantities of fruit.
We have recently installed a continuous, high-speed processing, filling, capping and labelling plant which is capable of hot-filling glass and PET bottles (preserved or unpreserved). This line has capacity to allow us to co-pack for other brands as well as private label lines.
